Product Launch

Conduct market research to identify who your customer is and the need your nutritional product is addressing in the market.
Create your brand and register your company's trademarks.*

*This process will take 3-4 months

Work with an R&D team of food scientists, food technologists, nutritionists, and chefs to formulate a ready-for-market formula.
Partner with the right co-packer that will manufacture your dream product and grow with you as you scale up.
Order your product to make sure it is manufactured in time for your planned launch date.

Formalize your "Brand Bible", including your company mission, vision, and logo, to help ensure brand consistency.
Design product packaging that communicates who you are as a brand through its colors, design elements, and messaging.
Create and launch your eCommerce website (via a platform like Shopify) if you plan to sell directly to consumers.
Take product photos, create digital mock-ups, and/or shoot videos for your website and marketing materials.

Decide which stores and channels you will be selling your product in. If online, make sure you set up an Amazon Store.
Hire a food broker to reach out to key brick and mortar stores if you plan to sell in traditional retail. Make sure to have a sample tasting box.
Set up an account with a Drop Ship Fulfillment company if you plan on selling direct to consumer via your own website (ex. Shopify).

Create an ongoing marketing calendar that outlines sales and launches, weekly social media postings, press releases, and so on.
Decide how you will organize and communicate with your customers. Set up a CRM (if applicable), develop email automation, create email lists, and track social media engagement.
Invest in digital marketing, like SEO and paid search (Google, Amazon) to expand your reach if desired.

Find influencers who align with your brand and reach out to them to see if they would be willing to be affiliates for your brand.
Create a "high conversion" landing page for your website that is specifically catered to each influencer.
Create your social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest to begin building a community.
Promote your nutritional snack and ask your audience to start pre-ordering your product to gain brand exposure.
