With this monthly marketing package, our food brokerage team will act as your in-house retail sales department.
Our Traditional Retail ("Brick-and-Mortar") Food Brokerage Package includes:
- YouBar's Marketing team will work with you to create a complete 'go to market' strategy, including pricing analysis and level, and making decisions on sales channels to utilize
- YouBar will work with you create a professional Sales Sheet for your product in order to act as the basis for trying to get placement in retail stores -- based on the above strategy.
- Each month, YouBar will reach out to buyers at 5 major retail stores (ie; Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, Costco, etc) on your behalf in order to pitch selling your product at these stores, including weekly follow up emails and conversation feedback.
- YouBar will work closely with the client in order to ensure that when buyers request samples, we are able to provide tasting boxes in a timely fashion that are beautifully presented with buyer's eyes in mind.
- Collaboratively, YouBar will work with the client to provide a strong group of buyers each month that we believe would show interest in working together (client will pay extra for any fees associated with slotting fees or in-store marketing).
- YouBar will hold weekly 30-45 minute long calls with you and your team to update on deliverables and feedback from retailers. These calls will include the provision of real-time market data that typically costs upwards of $30k per year to access.
Please note that the below is a per month price, and that this can be cancelled anytime after the first 90 days. YouBar never charges any commission for its food brokerage service so all the revenue from sales to retail stores is kept by our clients.
