This item is exclusively available to our custom recipe clients. When developing a product with us, we create your nutrition facts label using database analysis. However, if you would like to have Vitamin C tested in the product itself, then we can send it to a certified third party lab for analysis.
This includes the cost of the YB Innovation Kitchen creating prototype product for testing as well as review of the results itself. At the end of this process, you will receive the findings from the lab, which can be used to support label claims. We recommend this for anyone interested in making a Vitamin C claim on the principal display panel of their package.
Please note that this process typically takes 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase (assuming that the final recipe being tested is already panelled, and there are no delays in getting prototype ingredients to our innovation kitchen).
