YouBar is a Kosher Certified facility. However, in order for you to display the official OU KOSHER Logo (see the image on the left) on your bars, YouBar must submit the appropriate documentation for your custom formulas to the Kosher Certification body that we use (it is a third party certifying body).
The cost to use this is very high from the third-party certifying body and is not as SKU specific as other claims. The cost is $3,000 annually for up to 5 SKUs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This package is only available to clients who have worked with YouBar’s R&D team to create a bar utilizing Kosher ingredients. If your bars do not currently meet this requirement, but you would like them to, then please get in touch with YouBar’s development team (email Emily at emily@youbars.com) in order to engage recipe reformulation prior to submitting a request for this certification.
