This item is exclusively for our clients who currently have a finalized product formula with us, but have not placed a product order in over 12 months and would also like to make any recipe adjustments. It is the price for re-activating the formula vis-a-vis regulatory standards, and making the desired adjustment to an existing custom recipe (such as adding or swapping a few ingredients, changing from conventional to organic ingredients, reducing or increasing the amount of an ingredient or altering size).
This is appropriate for any recipe reformulations involving no more than 3 total changes. This includes the requisite full new organoleptic analysis, water activity level testing and full nutritional database analysis on the revised recipes, and up to two boxes of bench sample prototypes to taste the new formulation.
Please note that new efficiency testing will also be required on the formula once it is reformulated.
