With this test, YouBar will take two bars from one formula of efficiency test or bench samples (clients' choice) and place them in an incubator that we have in-house for 2 weeks at a fixed 120 F degrees.
After 2 weeks, our QA team will perform an organoleptic analysis on the product and reports the results to you. These results will include the following items:
- A 4-point visual analysis of the bar following 2 weeks at 120 F
- A 4-point taste analysis of the bar following 2 weeks at 120 F
- A photograph of the bars on a paper towel following 2 weeks at 120 F
Please note: This is an informal in-house test only. Formal and/or third party lab based shelf life testing is recommended for formal results. The results of this incubator test are informal and from our QA team and not a third party lab.
